Morbi: Morbi Ceramic Industries has been badly effected by an unexpected recession due to the Corona epidemic and the domestic market is almost down. Ceramic association has started prepration to deal with this difficult time. They have started online business, where buyers & manufacturers can get together at one platform from all over the world.
The Ceramic Hub Morbi currently has a total about one thousand units of glaze, volatiles, floor tiles, vitrified, GVT, PGVT and sanitaryware products and all the units were doing very good business & they were running day and night before the Corona epidemic. The Ceramic Association is gearing up to find a solution to deal with the current situation of Morbi’s ceramic industry.

Morbi Ceramic Association President Mr. Nileshbhai Jetpariya said that due to lockdown the inter-state trade is almost closed. but in foreign market there is very high demand for Morbi’s products, so the association has decided to set up a special online business platform to build bridges between industrialists and foreign traders.
as we know China is blamed for spreading the corona virus worldwide. thus, In the current scenario, demand for Chinese products is very low, who is a major competitor to the Morbi ceramic industry. which is directly beneficial for the Morbi ceramic industry. In coming days Morbi ceramic industry will get more business with the use of online business platform.
Mr. Nileshbhai Jetpariya added that in the current situation, only 35 to 40 per cent of the units are running due to foreign market orders only. All Preparations have been made by Morbi ceramic Association to start official website for manufacturers to get business from all over the world. The website will start ASAP.
Although it is not possible to arrange a business expo at present due to the Corona epidemic. But Mr. Nileshbhai Jetpariya has confirmed that they are trying to deal with this situation by starting online website to help & save The Morbi’s ceramic industry.
